My diverse experience spans the charity sector, where I’ve worked as a project lead and advisor, as well as various roles in manufacturing, retail, and membership services.
I hold a professional postgraduate diploma in Strategic Management and Leadership awarded by The Chartered Management Institute and a 2:1 BA (Hons) degree in Business with Economics awarded by the The Open University.

1. How I can help you?
You may or may not know what could support you. If you know, great! If not, look at my services page, if it’s in those services, I can offer a complimentary 30 minutes video call to discuss.
Send a message HERE and I’ll get back to you within 24 hours with 3 possible appointment dates and times
2. Virtual meet
During the appointment, I’ll ask some questions about you, your business and how I can help.
I will ask you some structured questions and discuss what tools you’re using at the moment to establish what will be required for me to start the job.
3. Paperwork
You’ll receive a copy of work to be completed should you choose to accept the package.
I will send the contract, my terms of service, privacy policies, payment terms (50% deposit upfront) and a page of vital information for you to complete if you choose to continue with my services.
4. Work
begins
Once all information is returned and your deposit is paid.
I will get started on the work we’ve discussed.
